Replacement order will be delivered within 7 - 10 days
We only offer replacements in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or leaking upon arrival. If you receive a faulty item, you may request a replacement under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Replacement:
✔ The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
✔ The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
✔ You must provide clear images or videos showing the defect or damage.
✔ The replacement will be processed only after verification by our team.
