3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We process and dispatch orders within the estimated timeline mentioned on our website. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Once the order is shipped, NS Perfumes is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or damage caused by the courier service.

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Incorrect addresses leading to failed deliveries are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Return & Replacement Policy

  • We do not offer returns or refunds once an order is placed.

  • Replacements are available only if you receive a defective or damaged item.

  • To request a replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of damage (photos/videos).

  • Replacement order will be delivered within 7 - 10 days

5. Product Usage & Liability

  • Our perfumes are for external use only. Avoid direct contact with eyes, broken skin, or ingestion.

  • NS Perfumes is not responsible for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. It is the customer’s responsibility to check ingredients before use.

  • We are not liable for any misuse of the product beyond its intended purpose.
